Terms and Conditions

By requesting a quote or contracting our services, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

ALCRIZA offers manufacturing and installation services for aluminum windows, glass doors, shower enclosures, facades, skylights, domes, and railings. All our products come with warranty.

Quotes are valid for 15 calendar days. Prices may vary according to market conditions. The final quote includes all materials, labor, and applicable taxes.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit cards. A 50% deposit is required to start manufacturing, and the balance is due upon installation.

Manufacturing and installation times vary by project. Estimated time is specified in each quote. External factors such as weather or access may affect timelines.

We offer a 10-year warranty on our products and 1 year on workmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not damage from misuse, accidents, or natural phenomena.

The customer must: (1) Provide adequate access to the work area, (2) Ensure measurements and spaces are ready, (3) Inform about any special conditions of the property.

Cancellations before manufacturing starts will receive an 80% refund of the deposit. Once manufacturing has begun, there are no refunds.

ALCRIZA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the State of Mexico.
